About Boon Tong
Having been a direct beneficiary of insurance in a life-threatening incident, he decided to embark the route of a Financial Consultant due to his fervent desire to help family, friends and associates. The incident cemented his conviction to align his work and need to take care of his loved ones and those around him. As a father of four, he reckons that to be responsible to the family, proper and comprehensive financial planning in good and bad times is of utmost priority in life.
Prior to his entry into the Financial Services Industry, Boon Tong spent 21 years as an Engineer in the civil service. Upholding a high standard of ethical conduct has become a second nature in him. Boon Tong has since embarked on his journey with IPP under the mentorship of Ms Joanne Lai at ACTS Advisory Group.
During his free time, Boon Tong assists in coaching badminton in his alumni school, reading, playing soccer, running and spending time with his four children.
